Explanation of my mask and its message
This mask denounces pollution and it shows that we need nature to live. It is made from a recovered bottle of water. The bottle has two compartments: the main compartment for breathing; the secondary compartment contains dried plants which filter the air.
Nature is threatened by pollution. We breathe this polluted air every day which harms our collective health. The secondary compartment of the bottle demonstrates that we do need what nature remains beyond the polluted environment. The fabric is green to remind us of nature and further highlight the problems of pollution, deforestation and the killing of animals, as well as other problems coming from humanity and from society.
Mask created during the Maskbook COVID-19 campaign conducted in 2020.

My solution to the environmental crisis
Regarding the current situation, the virus still has "a positive side". Thanks to confinement, the planet is rewilding. It’s the case that where boats have stopped sailing, the waters have cleared. Nature takes back its rights and marine animals make a return to our canals. This is the case in capitals, where cars have stopped circulating en masse, making it possible to remove the clouds of pollution.
