Beach clean up and Maskbook workshop with Plastic Punch

On the occasion of our expedition to Ghana, Maskbook is partnering with the NGO Plastic Punch for a beach clean up day on New Ningo beach. The New Ningo beach is home to endagered species of turtle that come to nest on a plastic infested beach. Plastic Punch and Maskbook will clean this beach on 10th November, 2018 during the next turtle nesting season.

The beach clean-up will be coupled with a recycled art workshop with the UN Environment funded project Maskbook, music and dance workshops and "Find the turtle nest" game to increase knowledge on marine conservation.
