Explanation of my mask and its message
I decided to use old felt sheets that I no longer needed which I then repainted.
My mask represents a Morpho butterfly from Costa Rica. I wanted to represent this species because it is a breed of butterfly that lives no more than two months, like the duration of confinement. This shows that everything is fleeting, with a certain duration, and even the virus will stop being effective eventually. The butterfly is also fragile, like the lives of people who are affected by the virus, especially those with underlying conditions. In a flutter, everything can change in the world.

My solution to the environmental crisis
The confinement will have benefited the planet; less disposable waste, less car pollution. Now that life is back to normal, it is time to become aware of the impact and reduce or even stop the bad behavior that pollutes the planet.
