Explanation of my mask and its message
This mask was created especially for me by the artist Marc Walter, as part of the Maskbook campaign for the 5th anniversary of the Paris Agreement.
Here is his message:
It is not a protective mask, but a mode of communication with Nature; it is a matter of accepting, of breathing its message in order to humbly learn from it. Made of living matter - lichens, mosses, young shoots of trees and plants - it is a garden that I must take care of in order to maintain our future, for it and for me. "The living exchanger" is a nod to the resilience of Nature and to the impact of humans if they agree to act with modesty and compassion.
