Maskbook Workshop in Kangemi, Nairobi!
Ahead of the United Nations Environment Assembly #UNEA2, Art of Change 21 and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) together have teamed up with the Climate and Clean Air Coalition and UP Nairobi to organize a Maskbook workshop in Kangemi, a slum of Nairobi.
It took place the 21st of May.
More than 50 inhabitants of Kangemi participated in the workshop.
For the Climate and Clean Air Coalition it "encourages reflections on the importance of addressing poverty, air pollution and climate change, which are essential to achieving sustainable global development".
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development aims to “substantially reduce” air pollution-related deaths by 2030, by improving access to clean energy in homes and improving air quality in cities.
