After three years and more than 15 countries, Maskbook’s arrival in India was long overdue! For close to three weeks, more than 500 Indians had the opportunity to create their mask (to be discovered on Maskbook.org) during the seven workshops held in New Delhi and Bengaluru. Artists and the general public of the Bengaluru Fantastic Festival, young entrepreneurs of the Jagriti Yatra train, children of the Swechha program, students of the Indian and the Foundation School-- all were able to express their solutions and their creativity for the planet. In this country significantly affected by pollution, Maskbook received an extremely positive welcome and great media coverage. This trip was an opportunity to build strong and lasting partnerships, especially with Swechha, an organization created in 2000 and very active in sustainable development, entrepreneurship and the arts.
